San Felipe Place is a 167,000-square-foot boutique office building that is LEED® pre-certified. Designed by Ziegler Cooper Architects, the 17-story building includes nine levels of office space and eight levels of parking for 400 vehicles. Construction began in 2013 and was completed in 2015.
