Our Executive Team

Phil Greeves, Chief Executive Officer

Phil has more than 40 years of experience in the curtainwall industry. He joined JAMCo as a Project Manager, and served as President for 15 years before assuming his current role as the Chief Executive Officer. He served as Chairman of the Board of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Georgia in 2015. Phil is a graduate of New Jersey Institute of technology, where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Van Nguyen, President

With over 30 years of experience in the curtainwall industry, Van serves as President of JAMCo. For the last thirty years, Van played a key role in the success of JAMCo. He has an extensive engineering background as well. Van has demonstrated an extraordinary problem solving capacity while managing JAMCo’s largest and most complex projects throughout the southeastern United States.

Jim C. Davis, Chief Financial Officer

Jim is a financial leader with over 20 years of executive experience in the construction industry. Prior to his role as CFO of JAMCO, he served as the CFO of a leading Atlanta-based general contractor. He also served as the Treasurer of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Georgia from 2010 to 2013. Jim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of South Carolina.
