State Farm 2 is a superstructure which includes a 23 story and 19 story office building with below and above grade parking. KDC is the Developer for State Farm Park Center, which is the largest corporate office project in Atlanta’s metro history. State Farm plans to place at least 8,000 employees at the Park Center. This project will give Dunwoody more of an urban, mixed-use environment, by creating a city center with close proximity to the MARTA stations.
