The Ascent Midtown development is situated in the ever-growing Midtown Atlanta district at 1400 West Peachtree. The project consists of two separate buildings on the site, planned for 328 residential apartments and 176 hotel rooms. The Texas based development team Greystar is looking forward to their vision being completed in 2018.
Design
CES is handling the glass and glazing for both the residential tower and hotel. Glazing scope will include high span curtainwall, window wall, punched openings along with several custom features such as glass canopies and handrails.
