The Moore Building is a 15-story, Class A office building comprised of 231,000 square feet of office space and 8,500 square feet of ground floor retail space. The building was named after Elvis Presley’s guitarist Scotty Moore, and is built on the former site of Moore’s recording studio Music City Recorders, which later became known as Studio 19. The 8th floor sky lobby connects a common space to an 11,000 square foot amenity deck that provides views of Midtown and Vanderbilt University.
