Kane Realty Corp construction of the 35-story residential tower is clad with floor to ceiling windows, flooring with luxurious finishes and quartz countertops, the 376 luxury units will range from 600-square-foot studio apartments to 2,000-square-foot penthouses with 21 of them with one to three bedrooms. The project will include around 6,500 square feet of retail and an integrated parking deck.
